easter cake

a long time ago i bought this daisy ann cake pan on sale

and have wanted to try it. Easter seemed like the best time...

i used the recipe that came with the pan.


i was going to get strawberries from the farm stand but
ended up just getting these from costco. they are so beautiful.

wow...

filled it with pastry cream and the strawberries.

topped with powdered sugar.

hope everyone had a great Easter...
