our vacation is almost over... packed up our stuff, checked out so we could spend the rest of the day at the magic kingdom before get on the plane to go home

full marathon and epcot

ok people, hold on to your hat's!!! been a while since we blogged and we are soooo far behind but i finally loaded all our pictures from the past 4 trips and buckle your seat belts cause here we goooooo.....

wdw marathon trip continued

oh, so early to wake up and run 26.2 miles

we got to sleep in a bit longer but got on the bus to cheer the guys on!!!

we found him but he didn't see us!!!! hey brian, over here!!! your family....

hey there is brian, and yes, that's a fireman and he is fully dressed for a marathon in his fireman uniform

after a short talk, he was on the road again...
it's still freezing cold but what a difference a day makes... the sun is shinning

half marathon

OMG!!! 3:45 am... waiting for the bus to the start line,

last bus leaves at 4am

waiting in our start coral.  It was 24 degrees and a light rain. never been so cold in my life...

here we gooooooo... i was frozen and had a very hard time, thought i had to quit!!!!

the weather slowly got worst but running got better

it was a fun half marathon. a lot different than the disneyland half marathon where it is usually very hot...

soon it will be time for the disneyland half marathon in september

rode this bus every day to the parks, it was great cause our hotel was the only stop and we didn't have to wait too long in the cold weather

next stop to expo to pick up our half marathon (marissa, me and Jeff) and marathon (brian and jr) numbers and our goody bag!!!!

not too many goodies in the back pack, mostly ads for other marathons, a sharpie pen and various odds and ends. nothing that exciting.  the back pack was cute!!!

just a bunch of booths were they sold running stuff like shoes, clothes and anything a runner would need.  i thought it would be a lot bigger but was nice...

bread pudding with ice cream and carmel banana sauce.  omg!!!

it was the best part of the dinner and so good. take note to go

back to ohana again especially for the bread pudding....

after dinner we rode the monorail back to the magic kingdom and got the last bus back to our hotel... it was a great day!!!!!
