Disney's Half Marathon Weekend

we stayed the weekend at disneyland for fun and thought it would be closer to the marathon.

5:30 a.m. 1/2 marathon day
(30 minutes until starting gun)

(took us 16 minutes until we crossed the start line - we were in the next to last corral)

we wore timing chips in our shoes and walked over these mats throughout the marathon.

It was fun and one of the best things we have ever done. Everyone is welcome to join us for next years 2009 Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend Sept 4-6... If we can do it, so can you!!!

Congrats...Know the feeling of accomplishment after all the hours of hard work devoted to training has to be extremely satisfying.
