We wanted to enlarge our opening to the kitchen. We had a structural engineer look at it and his directions were to add this big wood. Of course it didn't fit and he was on vacation. After much figuring out, the framer was able to finish the door way.

It was a long and extremely dusty day. It felt like living in a sand storm and all you could see is a cloud of dust but it was on the inside on the house. All the windows are open and if still feels like we need air. Awful. It inspired us to buy new windows for the downstairs. Is there anything else we can possibly get???
