new flower

Bought this nice hydrangea at Trader Joe's. Thought it was a good price and we wanted to get rid of the old ones in our garden that were not looking very good. We have not worked in the garden for a while and the flowers need some TLC.

Jeff working hard to dig out the old hydrangea.

Almost done.

In the ground and ready to grow. So cute.

I'm quite a gardener myself. In fact, Fairfield Farms nursery is coming Thursday to install two Queen palm islands, 3 Palatka Holly trees and 6 Ligustrum trees around my house. In addition, they are going to re-do the hedge in front and plant some bushes around my front yard Oak tree. I plan to WATCH THEM CAREFULLY, AND OFFER THEM WATER WHEN THEY GET THIRSTY. By the way, I like the one in the middle also.

I have a bit of bad news, this new flower got a little too much sun and is almost dead... We will hope for the best but not everyone has a thumb as green as yours!!!
