Brian, Marissa and Roger are visiting from Minnesota. They came to visit UCSD, one college Marissa is considering. Roger has been with Marissa since she was 5 years old. He goes where ever she goes. He is a little worn out but still smells ok.

trader joe's salsa kit

We were at our weekly Trader Joe's shopping trip and saw this salsa kit. Since fish taco's were on the menu we thought we would try it to see if it was good. Can't go wrong at $1.99. Close to the price of a jar of salsa.

Look at what is in this kit. So cute!

Took a while to chop everything up. Only used 1/2 the shallot and jalapeno. It was good and definitely worth $1.99. We will get it again.

Yum, just as good as Mom makes.
