this week i have been baking a lot especially since the weather was cool for being summer.
these are mini apple pies. i have been wanting to make these for a very long time. bought the circle cutter months ago and finally had time to make them.
nice and warm and super yummy... i will make these again!!!
last week i made this bread and didn't have time to raise it well so it was pretty good. made it again this week and it was much bigger and good too.
had turkey sandwiches for dinner...
i have been watching lots of cupcake making on TV and i wanted to practice on a cute frosting decoration but these were good but need a lot more work... also tired a new vanilla cupcake since the last recipe i made tasted like biscuits
these were good, not great... jeff said they were better the next day when he took them to work.
